We received information from Booking.com Connectivity Team that on the 20th of July, there was an incident affecting partner-to-guest messaging.

As a result, the messages we sent at that time to the guest weren't forwarded by Booking.com as expected, and the guests didn't receive them.

The incident has been resolved on the 21st of July.
