Our cloud service provider has identified a networking issues in their datacenter that is affecting our operations. Users may see a delay in automated messages being sent, and in any operation from Smartbnb. We are monitoring the situation.

This incident affected: Our Websites (Landing page (hospitable.com), Web application (my.hospitable.com)), Channels (Airbnb.com API, Vrbo API), Products & Features (Guest experience, Reservations Sync, (Legacy) Metrics, Webhooks, Emails, Payment processing (Subscriptions)), and Datacenter.
