Vrbo listings becoming unmerged.
Resolved - We have restored properties to their expected configuration and customers should no longer see unmerged Vrbo listings, that were previously merged.

Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and the engineering team has nearly completed their work to restore properties to their previous merged state.

This incident impacted only Vrbo listings and caused some of them to become associated with a brand new property. These new properties will be removed and the Vrbo listings added back to their expected property.

Resolved - Airbnb have announced they have resolved the issues on their end.

Update - We continue to see occasional errors occurring with the Airbnb API.

We have seen some examples of guest messages failing to send as a result of these errors. We are still monitoring the situation, and we will provide more updates as we have more info.

Update - Airbnb has reported 500 errors across multiple endpoints beginning April 18.

Although Airbnb has not confirmed which endpoints are affected, we have seen examples of guest messages failing to send as a result of these errors. We will continue to monitor the situation, and we will provide an update as we have more info.

Third-party email deliverability issue
Resolved - The engineering team have made some changes to how we send notifications to work around the issue with the third party and email notifications are sending again.

Identified - We have identified an issue with a third-party responsible for the sending of email notifications.

This issue is preventing some of our email notifications from being sent, including magic links and magic code notifications, to login, as well as other general notifications from Hospitable to our customers.
